On July 6, 2025, following the apostolic pattern (Acts 13:2), Eric and Vicki Alvarado were separated and commissioned with the apostolic laying of hands into their fivefold ministry functions and pastoral church leadership. They have shown themselves faithful, fruitful, and full of the Spirit in ministry in the body of Christ.
By the authority of Christ the King and the witness of His gathered ekklesia, we joyfully recognized and released Prophet and Pastor Eric and Pastor Vicki into the work to which the Holy Spirit has called them: To serve as leaders of the House of Fire Ministries, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to shepherd, prophesy, teach, and build up the body of Christ. To extend the Kingdom of God in their home, community, and beyond.
{Hebrews 13:20-21} ... "Now may the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, Jesus our Lord, equip you in every good thing to do His will..."
Fire by Night Ministries meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fire by Night Ministries represents God's faithful, guiding presence with His people throughout Scripture. In the wilderness, the Lord went before Israel by day in a pillar of cloud and by night in a pillar of fire (Exodus 13:21), manifesting His covenant faithfulness, presence, protection, and guidance, even in the darkest seasons. The fire by night gave a visible assurance that God dwells with those who journey with Him outside the familiar, into sanctified territory.
This name prophetically reflects the call of the ekklesia in these last days: a people who follow the Spirit’s flame, (Romans 8:14), who are baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire (Matthew 3:11), and who carry the fire of His presence in homes, and gatherings large and small (Acts 2:2–4). As Isaiah 4:5 declares, “The Lord will create over the whole area… a cloud by day, even smoke, and the brightness of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory will be a canopy.”
Fire by Night Ministries is a prophetic declaration of identity. It speaks of intimacy with God in hidden places, the courage to walk by the Spirit's light, and a readiness to be led, purified, and ignited by the presence of the Holy One.
